CNN+ Reveals News Streaming Struggles

The launch of CNN+ is not encouraging for newsmakers wanting to offer subscription streaming services.

The things that dominate the (television) media environment at the moment can, somewhat crudely, be broken down into three categories - streaming services offering big-name box sets and movies, live sport, and rolling news. Obviously, there are some grey areas, but I think that the broad set of categories above generally holds true.
