Weekend Round-up: Man Utd Mixed Zone Mess Up, What Does John Ternus Mean for Apple TV? and more

Welcome to The Addition, where I cover the crossover between culture, media and sport. This is a weekend round-up of the stories I've covered over the last few days. [Some links may help generate a commission that also supports The Addition.]

Between the chaos and fear at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, parliamentary hearings in the UK, an amazing Champions League clash between Bayern Munich and PSG and much else, it's been a busy week. But I want to start by acknowledging what happened in my city earlier this week. A man arrived in Golders Green with a knife and the sole intention of killing some Jews. He nearly succeeded, as happened in Manchester when two congregants at a synagogue lost their lives on the holiest day of the year. It's a scary time to be a British Jew. Had I been a little bit more organised that morning, I would have been sitting in one of the cafes in Golders Green working and having a coffee when the latest attack happened. Everyone, the media included, has a responsibility to turn the temperature down and deal with facts, not furore, but so much of the "debate" has already gone astray.

Here are this week's stories, in case you missed anything.
